Pesto Chicken on Swiss Chard

1/2 kg minced chicken
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 red pepper chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1/3 cup fresh pesto (I used Le Grand garden pesto) 
2 tbsp oil of your choice (I used avocado oil) 
A couple of Swiss chard leaves, washed 

Heat oil in a medium pan, add minced chicken, garlic powder, onion powder and red pepper and Stir fry for 5 minutes. Add pesto, salt, pepper and cook for another 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked. Serve on a bed of Swiss chard. 
You can pair this dish with a grain or carbohydrate of your choice.
