Slow Cooker Beef and White Bean Soup

      Ingredients:

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 medium carrots, sliced
  • 2 celery sticks, chopped  
  • 2,2 lb (1 kg) stewing beef cubes
  • 6 cups (500 ml) beef broth
  • 1 Tbsp. dried Herbes de Provence 
  • 1 can (19 oz/540 ml) white beans, rinsed and drained
  • Salt and pepper

Directions:

Add all ingredients to the bowl of slow cooker. Cook on high for four hours.
