Naureen Hunani, RD, Founder

I’m Naureen, a  Montreal-based family nutritionist, pediatric dietitian, and a mom of two incredible children! As a mom, I can relate to other parents when it comes to feeding kids.  Feeding children can be complicated. My goal is to provide parents with practical, easy to follow nutrition and feeding advice that builds confidence in parents instead of triggering panic, guilt, and shame.

I believe that our early experiences with food and the feeding environment impact the food choices we make later in life. Helping children and adults develop a positive relationship with food and their bodies is a huge passion of mine! I take a non-diet and weight-inclusive approach to nutrition and health. The tools I employ do not merely focus on food itself but also our attitude towards food, the eating environment, the language used surrounding food. I believe in investing time for meal preparation and involving children in the process from the grocery store to the kitchen.

I am a member of l’Ordre Professionnel des Diététistes du Québec, and I continue to broaden my current knowledge of nutrition by attending seminars, workshops and completing advanced courses. I also take great pride in training other professionals and supporting them in their careers.  Other amusements near and dear to my heart include: spending quality time with friends and family, listening to audiobooks and going on nature walks.

Namrita Duggal, Dietitian, IBCLC

Hi! My name is Namrita Duggal, a Montréal-based pediatric nutritionist and international board-certified lactation consultant IBCLC.

As a mother and nutritionist specializing in pregnancy, babies and kids, my passion is to help parents realistically feed their families by taking a non-judgemental approach to feeding.

I’m a member of l’Ordre Professionnel des Diététistes du Québec, practicing exclusively in pediatrics since 2014.

I believe that as parents and caregivers, we have the power to help our kids trust their bodies and the foods they are eating. My goal is to support children as they learn to eat and support parents as they learn to feed so that both parents and children enjoy family meals and develop positive relationship with food.

Let’s work on that together!
