Immune boosting chicken broth for the common cold

1 kg chicken bones
4 litre water
2 cinnamon sticks
1/2 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp whole black pepper
1/2 tsp turmeric
2 tbsp. grated ginger
3 garlic cloves
In a large pot add water and the rest of the ingredients. On high heat, bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium and continue cooking until broth is reduced to half, about 1 hour to 1.5 hours. Strain broth and discard the solids.
