Rosemary Sweet Potato Fries
3-4 medium sweet potatoes
1/3 cup all purpose flour or brown rice flour
Fresh rosemary 2 Tablespoon
1/3 cup Ghee or avocado oil for frying
Sea salt to taste
- Wash potatoes, peel and cut into long French fries and dust with flour.
- Heat 1/2 of the oil/ghee in a large skillet over medium heat and pan fry 1/2 of the potatoes with 1 tbsp. of rosemary and stir occasionally until golden brown.
- Repeat with the last batch of potatoes.
- Enjoy with your favourite sauce or dip!
